In 2009, Nick Sinatra founded the real estate firm, Sinatra and Company Real Estate, a privately held, full-service entity with an initial focus to invest in value-add real estate opportunities in the Western New York region. Since its inception, he has helped build Sinatra & Company’s business model on the principles of investment, management and development to offer a fresh approach that elevates properties to their fullest potential.

Nick’s vision for Sinatra & Co. has also led him to assemble a team of highly dedicated and motivated individuals who are passionate about redevelopment in Buffalo, New York and its potential to become a world-class city. The company is dedicated to a people-beyond-profits model, which seeks to rebuild neighborhoods as sustainable investments that provide maximum returns and social impact to investors.

Under Nick Sinatra’s leadership, the firm has expanded rapidly upon its expertise on multifamily holdings, but soon incorporated commercial properties that include retail and industrial into its growing portfolio. Development projects range from historic to adaptive reuse properties focused in Buffalo and downstate New York, California and Illinois.

Since Sinatra & Co. was established, they have built over 5,000 apartment homes and 250,000 square feet of commercial space and continue to expand on its square footage each year. With a variety of other commercial and multi-family projects in the pipeline, Nick has led Sinatra & Co. to become one of Buffalo’s fastest growing firms.

As a native of Kenmore, New York, Nick Sinatra builds from an intimate knowledge of the local opportunities in the Buffalo, NY and Chicagoland regions. The firm has acquired a diverse array of investors including institutional capital backing from Genesis Capital, Colony Capital, Auerbach Opportunity Funds and the Arctaris Impact Fund. Prior to establishing Sinatra & Company Real Estate, Nick Sinatra worked in both national and state political affairs. He first worked in Governor George Pataki’s Buffalo, NY based economic development agency, The Empire State Development Agency, where he assisted in the development deal to purchase Geico’s call center of over 2,300 employees to Amherst, NY. Later, he served as the Associate Political Director at the White House where he oversaw President George W. Bush’s political affairs in the Northeastern United States.
