We sat down with one of our team members, Christine, to see what she loves about her community and the people that she serves.
What would you say is your favorite part about working for Sinatra & Company?
They’re very genuine and value your opinion, you feel apart of something and not just a number.
The company motto is, “Putting people first in the communities we serve.” What does that mean to you?
Trying to understand what means the most to our residents and having them feel at home.
What advice would you give to renters?
Get to know your neighbors and your community’s team. Try to enjoy as much of your community as possible. Read your lease.
What’s your favorite spot in your community and why?
The pool. Watching residents play or relax while using one of our amenities brings smile to my face. I love to hear the splashing and laughter.
What are you most proud of?
My team and how much they have accomplished over the past couple of months.
